Prayer

There is something so refreshing, awesome and calming about prayer that is so hard to explain. Times when you feel God is right there holding the hand of the person praying. There are some people that just evoke that feeling any and every time they pray.....and one of those people is in our church. Every time Troll has this lady pray...its as if God stops all things and focuses on her and what she is beseeching. You feel an overwhelming sense of calm, peace and the feeling that God is hearing the cry of every heart in the room....and...almost as if He, too, is shedding a tear when hearts are breaking or a smile during a praise in the prayer. Prayer time has become one of my favorite times in church because of this. God has been with us so much of late.

I count myself privileged to know people that pray like this. AND I'm so very thankful we have people like this in our church and in my own personal life with a few family members I count as hero's of the faith. It sure has a way of making one feel that the Throne of Heaven has been reached and all has been heard and laid at the Master's feet.
